Get the zip
The file is the whole theme. Blocks, patterns and the updater are inside — there is no companion plugin to hunt down.

Upload it to WordPress
Add New → Upload Theme → choose the zip → Activate. The same way every theme installs.

Forget about it
New releases appear in your dashboard on their own, and every download is checked against a published checksum before it is installed.
Older install? Versions before 1.1.2 cannot update themselves — upload the current zip once and they can from then on. Details in the changelog.
